This was a large-scale development project for Sterling, located at Higgins and Roselle, with anchors Burlington and Jewel. Additionally, we proposed the demolition of all retail adjacent to Jewel (50K sf), to build a Burlington and 2 new outlots. At the core of the retail that was demolished was an old bowstring truss structure, the new Burlington was built into and around it. You can see the old bowstring trusses inside the Burlington now. The project included 2 ground-up retail outlots: Dairy Queen with a drive-thru and Banfield pet hospital.
